Question 1

Is arbitrage betting legal?

Accepted Answer

Legality and bookmaker rules vary by jurisdiction. SureSplit is software, not legal advice, so you are responsible for using licensed bookmakers, following local law, and following the terms of each bookmaker account.

Question 2

Will bookmakers limit my account?

Accepted Answer

They can. Limiting, stake restrictions, and account closure are bookmaker decisions that SureSplit cannot prevent. Expect limits to vary by bookmaker, and use the app’s risk and account-health signals as guidance—not as a guarantee.

Question 3

How fast do alerts arrive?

Accepted Answer

The browser checks for feed updates on its existing 30-second polling cadence. Alert timing also depends on the provider, your network, and how quickly a bookmaker updates its line. Recheck the live line before placing every leg.

Question 4

How do I protect my bankroll?

Accepted Answer

Use conservative stake sizing and the built-in calculator. Risk only money you can afford to lose, leave room for limits, voids, and minimum stakes, and never treat an opportunity as a reason to stake your entire bankroll.

Question 5

How fresh are the odds?

Accepted Answer

Opportunities are based on captured feed snapshots with detected and expiry timing. Prices can move before you execute, and the displayed quote is not a guarantee. Recheck every bookmaker immediately before placing a bet.

Question 6

Which bookmakers are covered?

Accepted Answer

The current catalog includes FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, Bet365, PointsBet, BetRivers, and Unibet. Coverage depends on your region, licensing, account eligibility, sport, and the market available at each bookmaker.

Question 7

What returns should I expect?

Accepted Answer

The displayed percentage is a calculated theoretical edge when every leg is filled at the shown odds. It is not guaranteed profit or an income promise: prices, limits, fees, voids, and execution can all change the result.

Question 8

What data does SureSplit keep?

Accepted Answer

The current product flow uses account identity and email, jurisdiction and scanner preferences, notification preferences, and optional placed-bet tracking. It does not require bookmaker passwords. Only provide the information needed for the features you choose to use.
